Join us for a special 7-week journey focused on restoring mobility, reducing tension, improving stability, and helping you move with greater ease in everyday life.

Each week focuses on a different area of the body, allowing you to build awareness, release restrictions, and create a stronger foundation for overall wellness.

Whether you're new to yoga, returning after time away, or simply looking for a gentle and supportive way to care for your body, this series is suitable for all experience levels.

Weekly Focus

Week 1: Neck & Shoulders

Release tension, improve mobility, and ease everyday stress held in the upper body.

Week 2: Chest & Upper Back

Open the front body, improve posture, and create more space for comfortable movement.

Week 3: Core & Low Back

Build stability and support for the spine while improving overall strength and body awareness.

Week 4: Hips & Pelvis

Increase mobility, reduce tightness, and improve functional movement patterns.

Week 5: Legs & Balance

Develop strength, coordination, and confidence through improved balance and stability.

Week 6: Feet & Foundation

Create a stronger connection from the ground up by improving foot strength and alignment.

Week 7: Full Body Restore

Bring everything together with a complete restorative experience designed to leave you feeling refreshed, balanced, and renewed.
