By attending classes, workshops, or using our website, you agree to the following terms:

Balance Yoga & Fitness – Refund Policy

1. General Refunds

  • 48-Hour Refund / Cancellation Window: Clients may request a refund or cancel any service or membership within 48 hours of purchase.

  • All Sales Final After 48 Hours: After this window, all purchases for classes, memberships, workshops, and products are final unless otherwise approved by the studio.

  • Studio Credit: If refunds are approved, credits may be issued to the client’s studio account.

  • Non-Use: Unused classes or memberships are forfeited if not used within the allotted time.

2. Workshops & Special Events

  • Tiered Refund Schedule: Partial refunds may be offered for cancellations made in advance; no refunds for last-minute cancellations.

  • Administrative Fees: Fees may be retained to cover costs for processing refunds.

3. Cancellation by Studio

  • Notification: Clients will be notified via email or phone if a class or event is canceled by the studio.

  • Client Choice: Clients may choose between a full refund or studio credit for cancellations made by the studio.

4. Studio Discretion

  • The studio reserves the right to refuse service, cancel, or issue refunds at any time at the owner’s discretion.

1. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

  • Acknowledgment of Risk: Yoga and other fitness activities can be strenuous and may cause physical or emotional injury. Participants assume all risks.

  • Release of Liability: Clients waive all claims against Balance Yoga & Fitness, its instructors, and staff for injuries, property damage, or other losses.

  • No Medical Advice: Instructors are not medical professionals; their guidance is not a substitute for professional medical care.

  • Personal Health: Clients affirm they are in good physical condition and have no medical conditions preventing full participation.

2. Class Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Reservations: All classes must be booked in advance.

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Window: Clients must cancel at least 24 hours before class to avoid forfeiting their class credit.

  • Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

    • Unlimited members who cancel less than 24 hours before class may forfeit that class credit.

    • Class pass holders who fail to cancel at least 24 hours in advance will forfeit the class credit.

  • Refunds / Cancellations After Purchase: Clients have 48 hours from the time of purchase to request a refund or cancel a service or membership. After 48 hours, all purchases are final unless otherwise approved by the studio.

  • Forfeiture of Credit: Missed classes or late cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

3. Memberships & Packages

  • Activation & Expiration: Packages and memberships begin upon purchase and must be used within the allotted time.

  • Holds & Suspensions: Memberships may be paused at the studio’s discretion; administrative fees may apply.

  • Transferability: Memberships or class passes are non-transferable unless approved by the studio.

  • Auto-Renewal: Auto-renewing memberships will continue until canceled by the client per studio instructions.

4. Code of Conduct & Studio Etiquette

  • Punctuality: Please arrive on time; doors may close promptly at class start.

  • Personal Belongings: The studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Leave valuables in your car or use your own locker lock.

  • Photography & Marketing: Photos or videos may be taken during classes for promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not want to be photographed, email info@balanceyogandfitness.com in writing.

  • Appropriate Conduct: Clients must respect instructors, staff, and other participants. The studio may deny service or terminate membership at any time if a client does not abide by the rules of the yoga studio community.

5. Intellectual Property & Website Use

  • Copyright: All content, logos, and materials are owned by Balance Yoga & Fitness and may not be used without permission.

  • Third-Party Sites: Terms do not cover third-party websites linked from our pages.

  • Social Media: You may not use studio social media platforms to post harmful, abusive, or illegal content.

6. Studio Discretion

  • The studio may update policies, cancel classes, or issue refunds at any time at the owner’s discretion without notice. Memberships may be terminated at any time for any reason.
