In this one-time pop-up class, we focus on slow, intentional movement and breath to help your body release built-up tension and feel more at ease.
You’ll experience:
• gentle, guided stretches for hips, shoulders, and lower back
• simple breathwork to calm your nervous system
• longer holds to allow your body to actually let go
• a slower pace so you can move without pressure
