Dance Fitness is a 45-minute, feel-good movement class designed to help you release stress, move your body with ease, and leave feeling lighter — physically and mentally.

This class blends simple, rhythmic movement with music that lifts your mood, supporting cardiovascular health, balance, coordination, and overall strength — without feeling overwhelming or intimidating.
