Service Description

This 60 minute class - designed to improve flexibility, balance, and spinal strength. The class consists of a series of postures and breathing exercises that flow from one to the next. Starting with a warm-up, each posture prepares your body for the next, allowing you to safely deepen your practice. By the end of the session, every muscle and organ in your body will have been engaged. Expect to leave the class feeling more balanced, both physically and mentally, with a greater sense of well-being.
